You enter a darkened store and blink against the sudden change from the bright sunlight. The place is slightly musty smelling, and hard to maneuver through. Large, golden eyes stare back at you from every angle. The store is filled with owls of all kinds: tawny, screech, barn, snowy and more, all sitting on perches, waiting for someone to buy them.

A man steps out of the gloom. "Hey, I'm just filling in until the shopkeep comes back. An owl you say, any particular one you want?"

a nice one that is fast and strong...I'm not a huge animal person, so I don't know many types of owls or anything.

"Sure," he says, "don't worry about it. How about this tawny right here? She's a sweetie and works hard."

*Takes out 17 sickles* Here you go. Does that come with a cage? Do I buy the food here?

Yes, she comes with a cage. She can hunt for herself, but if she's particularly good, you can pick up a bag of Owl treats, only 3 sickles.

This place is more geared toward's owl's, but we do keep stock of a few other birds for such an occasion. A falcon... a peregrin all right or are you looking for a particular kind?

He's actually a galleon because he's rather rare and we don't normally carry his kind in stock.
