We're going to need people to handle the shops and the classes and so forth and here's the place to apply for it. This is going to be a different era of Hogwarts as well, meaning the staff is all new. You more than likely won't be Professor Trelawny or Professor Flitwick (unless you want to be their great-great grand something or other, even then you can teach whatever you want). All you have to do is sign up for what you want to teach and apply for it. Advanced or other classes such as Arithmancy and so forth will be handled on a case to case basis and as we need/want/have the resources for them. Head of House positions are also up for grabs (you don't have to teach Transfiguration to be the Gryffindor Head, but you do have to teach to be a Head). Also if you feel so inclined, you can be a shop keep and a teacher. And ghosts! We need ghosts! Ghosts stay the same because they really don't change over the years.
