(Watch it or I may introduce John Wilmont and Paul Kemp early and they aren't even in theaters yet *sticks tongue out*)
I've written Secret Window... And... I get a very odd feeling when I mention it, but I'm not sure why... I can't remember.

(Actually, the reason the Stephen called it 'Secret Window' was because Mort wrote the story called 'Secret Window' and it snowballed from there, savvy?)
*puzzled* Stephen King? Who's that?

*slightly accusatory stare laced with humor* He had you going did he? Mort's quite the ladies man when he can be bothered to get off his couch.

*thinks* Well... there's Roux... he's a bit of an enigma, coming and going with the wind with a band of gypsies under his command. He plays guitar and really is supremely good natured.
There's... Cap'n Jack, he's much like Roux except he's a pirate... Don't really know much about him except the tales they tell of his disappearing from Commodores and saving damsels and so forth, you can dig that.
And... Ichabod... he's an odd child...
*goes on about random characters but conspicuously leaves out Sands, to see what Viv says*

*stops and allows himself a small smile* Can't put anything past you, can I? Sands... from what I've gathered... he's had one of those childhoods that poor kids dream of. Priviliged and so forth and... stiffling at the same time. So... he... well, he burnt his house to the ground, killing his parents and inheriting a fortune. Everything's sort of come easy for him, except for his mental stability which is somewhat nil. He barely made it into the CIA (not before killing several other people under the pretense of his alter ego, Jeffrey) and frankly, the CIA didn't want to lose him because he's excellent at manipulation. Brilliant. Twisted, but brilliant. Delights in torture and control. He needs absolute control: keeping the balance. He needs to keep the balance in his head and it usually happens to coincide with being the dominant figure. Losing his eyes very nearly killed him and not because of the pain and blood loss. He was helpless. It's... it's a long story. The most complex and mind bending of them all.
