"But I'm not your's." She said softly, sinking down to the floor next to him. she looked at him sadly, wondering how she could have been so blind to him in the first place. The only reason she had ever gotten together with Alex in the first place was to make Zack jealous but this was a bit extreme. "I didn't know I was ever your's in the first place."

Zack leaped to his feet, hurt in his eyes. "You're still thinking about him, aren't you? You just aren't understanding. I'm going to have to fix that."
He tore the door open and slammed it shut behind him, heedless of Viv's cries. The crowd in the hallway was thinning, but there was no sign of Alex anywhere. He had probably been taken to the Hospital Wing by then. Zack wouldn't let a little thing like location bother him; he set out purposefully for that section of the castle with murder at the forefront of his mind. When asked why he was there, he replied, "I'm here to see Alex. I heard he got roughed up and I want to make sure he's okay." Sure enough, he was let in without challenge. He approached the bed that was ringed with teachers. To his credit the boy seemed fine, if a bit shaken. But when he saw Zack, his jaw dropped.
"That's him! That's the guy who tried to kill me!"
Zack didn't bother looking at the teachers who turned to look. His cold glare was set on Alex. "I'm sorry I didn't do it properly the first time, you hack. You stole my fucking girl. I'm gonna make you fucking pay."
(I think I know what happens. I think Sands kills him without Zack's knowledge. And then pretends to be him and tells Viv to go screw herself, because 'Alex' is going to Durmstrang or summat like that. The teachers find out that 'Zack' killed him, realize it was him, but a voice and have the excised from Zack. That's how nobody showed up past Hogwarts. They think it wise not to tell her that he died, that he really did go to Durmstrang (they might have done some kind of interrogation with Sands to find that it was a bad ending for Viv). He gets fixed, he takes his oddity to be pranking and that's how he spends the rest of his days. What do you think?)

Vivian cried out in alarm as the door slammed shut. This was not good. she scrambled to her feet and tore out the door after the irate boy. She watched in the shadows as he polietly asked for entrance and to her shock was allowed in. This was really not good.

Zack didn't answer, he strode towards the bed, his eyes black. "You're going to pay, fuckmook. Pay through the gills."

She rushed over to Zack and grabbed his arm in attempt to stop him from whatever insane act he was about to pull.
"Zack, please." She pleaded, pouting slightly, unconsciously rubbing a small circle on the inside of his arm.

Zack tore his arm out of Vivian's grip and glared at her. The pause was enough to allow McGonagall the time to stun him and render him harmless.
"Mr. Davinski, you are coming with me to see the Headmaster right now! Mobilicorpus!"
Zack's expression never wavered from it's twisted hate.
