George and Tova sat with their fellow GRyffindors, who were laughing at something incredibly funny. "Whats going on?" George asked. Oliver filled the pair in.... "Brilliant!" "That's a hoot." Tova said. "the gravy is famous." Katie added. The group went back to eating once the laughing died down.

The Gryiffies Ellie was sitting with seemed almost through with their meal, and conversation was slowly startingto die down. Alicia was ther first to say something, although she wasn't too worried, about Fred's head, which seemed to be getting significatnly smaller. "Oh well you know them, always finding some way to be the center of attention." Ellie laughed and looked for herself. His head looked rather small for his shoulders, but he wasn't showing any sign of even noticing. She shrugged her shoulders and finished up her last bites of raspberry tart. "Ow! Blimey, what in the...?" Ellie looked up at the sound of Fred's voice , and gasped when she saw him. His head had gotten so small that he couldn't fit his fork into his mouth! She got up and ran over to him, hoping it was just a good joke. "Fred, are you alright?" He was now looking into the back of his spoon, horrified, and let out a moan. "Oh geez, this wasn't a trick was it?" He nodded weakly, and Ellie looked around the Hall. The Slytherins were chatting away, not at all interested with the ongoings on their table anymore, and for once Ellie believed them to be not guilty. "Oh but it HAD to have somethign to do with them!" She looked around once more, and her eyes locked on the Professor's table. She noticed Professor Davinski eyeing, them and suddenly it hit her.Besides the Slytherins, only their Potions teacher would go for something as low-lying as this. She pulled Fred up by his arm, and walked him straight up to Head table. "Professor Abbott, may I have your permission for leave to the nurse? Poor Fred here had a nasty encounter with some shrinking solution." She eyed Professor Davinski and continued. "Unless of course Professor here can provide us with an antidote, seeing as he seems to know the potion so well."

"Well, if you insist... and I can't imagine why you would... I think he looks better that way," Zack said seriously before producing another vial with different colored liquid in it and handing it over to Ellie. "I'm sure you can give it to him. You are a prefect..."

Ellie took the vile form Professor Davinski, and looked at him in disgust, shaking her head.
"Honestly Professor, how STUPID do you think I am? And to think, we all trust you in class."
She poured the contents of the vile carefully into his mashed potatoes, the potion swirling and running down over his plate like a river.
"We'll be going now." She slammed the vile down onto the table, grabbed Fred by the arm and helped him out of the Hall to the infirmary.
"What if that really WAS the antidote?" Fred asked, his voice now as sqeauky as a mouse. "Really, Fred. He was low enough to shrink your head in the first place, who knows what that solution could have been. I think the both of us will sleep better tonight if the nurse took care of it, don't you?"
Fred nodded his tiny head in agreement. Undying admiration or not, she couldn't see how any of teh Gryffindors could trust him now. Not that they did in the first place...

*Gwen turned and watched as Ellie and a very small headed Fred walked out of the Great Hall. She turned and saw the Professer Davinski was smiling and watching them leave.* HUH? What happened? O well I dont really care. Its funny though ' Huh? What? Ouch.' Gwen snapped at Draco who had just pinched her arm trying to get her attention. 'Oh sorry, what where you saying?' 'We were talking about the Winter Ball' "Oh Ok'
